I've been immersed in the world of nutrition and metabolism for over 20 years—but not just from my academic education. This journey began with my own body: years of restriction, experimentation, and ultimately, healing through nourishment.

Like many, I cycled through nearly every dietary camp in search of answers: vegetarian, vegan, raw foodist, fruitarian, paleo, gluten-free, anti-candida, ketogenic, carnivore, animal-based, protein-sparing modified fasting, reverse dieting… and finally, pro-metabolic — the approach that changed everything.

While I was experimenting, I was also studying the anthropology of the human diet in grad school and on my own. What I discovered: our ancestors thrived on simple, bioavailable, nutrient-dense foods — meat, raw dairy, fruit, honey, eggs, and tubers.

WELCOME! I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE

“Healing isn't just possible — it's inevitable when the body can relax.”

These days, I eat in a way that supports metabolic repair, hormone balance, nervous system health, and deep cellular regeneration. I move my body with zone 2 cardio, strength training, and yoga to support mitochondrial function and muscle preservation.

With safety comes change: better sleep, brighter mood, clearer skin, stronger hair, and steady muscle gain.

from burnout to balance

My own
healing journey

  • Type 2 diabetes

  • SIBO, IBS, celiac, and constant bloating

  • Chronic acne, anxiety, and depression

  • Alcoholism and disordered eating

  • Hormonal chaos and metabolic shutdown

  • 60+ pounds of weight gain

Years of under-eating, over-stressing, and toxic food beliefs left me with:

"I have warmth, consistency, and a body that finally feels safe. High-calorie nourishment, ancestral foods, sunlight, structured movement, minerals, and gentle supplementation — this is the framework that healed me, and the one I bring to every client I work with."

gut health

Gut health is
metabolic health.

I believe gut health is metabolic health — and no healing protocol is complete without restoring the gut.

My 90-Day Gut Healing Protocol is designed to:

  • Eliminate bacterial and fungal overgrowth (like SIBO, candida, IMO)

  • Rebuild the microbiome with resilient organisms

  • Heal leaky gut using food-first strategies and herbal support

  • Calm histamine reactions and restore digestive rhythm

When the gut heals, everything improves: digestion, mood, skin, sleep, autoimmunity, and metabolism. And yes — your pants fit better, too.

"When the gut heals, everything improves: digestion, mood, skin, sleep, autoimmunity, and metabolism."

My Philosophy: Nourish, Don't Restrict

Root-cause.
Pro-metabolic.
No food fear.

  • Restoring metabolism and lowering the body's set point

  • Reversing chronic illness and autoimmunity through strategic nourishment

  • Supporting thyroid, adrenal, and gut repair with food, movement, and minerals

  • Facilitating fat loss without stress, rebound, or metabolic damage

  • Using temporary tracking as a tool to ensure you're eating enough — not to restrict

I take a root-cause, pro-metabolic approach — no starvation, no food fear, no overtraining.
My goal is to help you raise your metabolic ceiling, restore your body's trust, and teach it to
thrive again.
